Dan is a litigator and trial attorney with over 36 years of experience dealing with the full range of complex personal injury cases, including construction injuries, medical mistakes, trucking collisions, product defects, motorcycle, bicycle, and all vehicle injuries. Dan proudly represents injured persons and the families of deceased all over the country and has secured over 100 million dollars in compensation for our clients.

Dan was mentored by the legendary advocate, Leonard Ring, and became a managing partner by the age of 30, overseeing the Personal Injury Department. Dan is known for his preparation, persistence, and leaving no stone unturned. He is well-respected by both plaintiff and defense counsel. In 2018, he and his partner won one of the top 20 personal injury verdicts in Illinois, obtaining $15.2 million for a client who suffered a lower back injury while unloading a desk from a truck at a construction site. This award was reported to be higher than any other verdict or settlement in Illinois for a back injury that did not involve paralysis or other significant forms of bodily harm.
